Soft Rose & Oat Milk Bars (Recipe)
Base
idea: creamy,
soothing, lightly floral.
Ingredients (for ~500 g batch):
- 500 g goat milk or shea butter
melt-and-pour base
- 2 Tbsp finely ground
oats or colloidal oatmeal
- ½–1 tsp pink clay or
pink mica (pre-dispersed)
- 5–8 g rose-scented
fragrance oil, or
- ~3–4 g of a floral essential
oil blend (e.g., 2 g geranium + 1 g palmarosa + 1 g lavender)
- 1–2 Tbsp dried rose
petals (for decoration)
Extra steps:
- Follow the general method to
melt the base.
- Stir in pink clay/mica until
you get a gentle blush tone.
- Add ground oats and mix well.
- Add
fragrance and stir.
- Sprinkle a small pinch of rose
petals into each mold cavity.
- Pour soap slowly over the
petals.
- Spritz with alcohol and let
set.
