Avocado Smoothie Bowls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1
ripe avocado
- 1
banana
- 1/2
cup frozen berries
- 1/2
cup almond milk
- 1/4
cup Greek yogurt
- 1
tbsp honey
- 1
tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4
tsp ground cinnamon
- Toppings
of your choice (such as granola, fresh fruit, nuts, etc.)
Instructions:
- In a
blender, combine the avocado, banana, frozen berries, almond milk, Greek
yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and
creamy.
- Pour
the smoothie into a bowl.
- Add
toppings of your choice on top of the smoothie.
- Serve
and enjoy!
Note: You can also add some spinach, kale, or chard to make
it more greens and healthy.
