Avocado Smoothie Bowls Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Toppings of your choice (such as granola, fresh fruit, nuts, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, frozen berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
